Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return & Refund Policy

At Sugar & Spite, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are printed specifically for each customer after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections carefully before completing their purchase.

Defective or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or a printing error, we're happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect, particularly the print or production issue

Once the defect has been verified, we will provide a free replacement item of equal value at no additional cost. Replacement requests are limited to manufacturing or print defects only.

What Qualifies as a Defect?

Examples include:

  • Misprinted or significantly off-center graphics

  • Printing flaws or peeling upon arrival

  • Damaged items caused during production

  • Incorrect item received

Minor variations in color due to screen settings or slight placement differences that are common in the printing process are not considered defects.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in situations where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided or as otherwise determined at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
